According to F.2.4.1. Specific Activity: EVENTS: On 5-6./10/2018 there was held the International conference concerning the problems of Ukrainian Commercial Law taking into account its stepping to closer cooperation with EU. The manuscripts of researchers, judges, governmental officials were presented during this conference. The abstracts of the reports cover the results of scientific research on the comparative legal characteristics of corporate law of Ukraine and other European countries, as well as problematic aspects of the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to European law. It was emphasized in the booklet and in the collection of articles that it was held partly with the funds of Jean Monnet project “Commercial Law of the European union”.

Specific Activity: EVENTS: On 27-28 September, 2019 there was held the International conference “Legal protection of corporate rights according to the legislation of Ukraine and the European Union». Correlation of EU Company Law and EU Commercial Law was one of the corn aspects at this conference. The manuscripts of researchers, judges, governmental officials were presented during this conference. They are now in public access and are used by practitioners. The abstracts of the reports cover the results of scientific research on the comparative legal characteristics of company law of Ukraine and other European countries, as well as problematic aspects of the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to European law.
