Research activity
Due to the Jean Monnet Module “Commercial Law of the European Union” there was possible to do a research of legal sources of the EU Company Law and its influence on Commercial Law of Ukraine. The research article is published in Ukrainian with the Abstract in English.

Partnerships and cooperations
Due to the Jean Monnet Module the cooperation with Department of Commercial Law, (Gdansk University, Poland) is possible. The University of Gdansk and Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University signed extended Memorandum on Cooperation. Due to this agreement it will be possible to organize: 1. study visits of scholars to both Universities; 2. Exchange of scientific literature; 3. students mobility according to future Erasmus bilateral Agreements; 4. participation at the university conferences etc.
