It covers the main fields of EU Commercial Law, in particular, EU directives concerning company law, EU regulations concerning securities law and so on. The textbook covers some most important legal acts (directives, regulations) of commercial law of the European Union, as well as other issues related to doing business within the European Union (features of investment, business registration, etc.).
