Professor Nadiya Lutsan Presents Research at XXXI Konferencja Diagnostyki Edukacyjnej in Krakow

From September 18 till 20, Professor Nadiya Lutsan, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor at the Department of Primary Education and Educational Innovations at Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University, participated in the annual “XXXI Konferencja Diagnostyki Edukacyjnej” in Krakow. The conference focused on key issues such as reconstructing education in the 21st century, adult education, primary school teaching and upbringing, the integration of new technologies in education, innovations, and future competencies.

Professor Nadiya Lutsan presented findings from her research conducted as part of the project “Preserving Youth Mental Wellbeing in the Wartime Migration Crisis” in alignment with the conference theme. In her report, “Innovative Strategies for Supporting Ukrainian Refugees in the New School Environment in Poland,” she examined the current migration challenges caused by the war in Ukraine, shared experiences working with Ukrainian children across Europe, and highlighted the support provided by Polish teachers to students affected by the crisis.

Her participation in the conference further strengthened academic collaboration between Ukrainian and European educators and contributed to the development of practical strategies to support refugee students in adapting to new educational environments.
